An iPad would provide my students with learning applications that will allow them to each work at their own pace. Each student is on a different level requiring differentiation across the classroom. By having an iPad, the students will be able to independently work on their goals. It will also keep each student engaged and present in the classroom in order to minimize elopement.
This iPad will provide visual, auditory and tactile learning opportunities for my students, as well as provide them with another method of communication with parents, caretakers, peer, and teachers without frustration. This device is mobile, allowing it to follow my students throughout their school day.
