  • Stay on Time!

    My students really enjoyed the light up timer. It is a great way for them to stay focused and have a warning to wrap up their work as the time is coming to an end. They also took to the colorful sand timers. I personally like that we have different lengths of times, especially the longer ones that help students during independent work. The students are excited to use the mini Judy clocks. This is not only going to help them in the classroom but telling time on an analog clock is a life skill they need to become fluent in.

I am requesting a place value flip chart, clocks, timers an electric pencil sharpener and Kindness Starts with You book! These supplies will help our students be successful in not only my classroom but in every classroom. The timers and clocks will help them learn how to tell time and then also apply it to their time management to get their work completed on time. These will benefit all students to help them stay focused to complete the task at hand. The Kindness Starts with you book will also be a great addition to help discuss ways to be kind in school and outside of school and why it is important.

About my class
