My students this year have grown so much in the past 3 months, and the resources that I currently have for them are not meeting their growth levels. As we dive deeper into our leveled reading, I want to be able to challenge my students with harder and more interesting books as well as all of the supplies they need to maximize their comprehension. I have also included some technology that will help my students focus during their time on computers in the classroom as well as a more efficient piece of technology to use during DCPS testing. As a first-year teacher, there is a lot that I need to get to maximize the learning environment for my students, and this will reach the tip of the iceberg.
