Sensory Supports for Super Students
Funded Jan 16, 2024This has been an amazing year so far. With your help, my students have been extremely successful. They have greatly benefitted from the various sensory materials you provided. We love singing songs together, exploring new textures, and playing with new toys, all thanks to you. My students have come out of their shells and are meaningfully participating more than ever.
My students are each unique and learn in different ways. They deserve to learn in a way that supports their success. The materials from this project have been invaluable in differentiating instruction and increasing their participation.”

Language and Literacy!
Funded Sep 11, 2023This year has been off to an amazing start. My students have settled into their classrooms and are excited to come to speech every day. They were so thrilled to open and explore new games that keep them engaged and challenged. I have so many requests for games to be played over and over.
My students know that I love reading and teaching about stories and that is reflected in the multitude of books we ready each and every day. I now have age-appropriate books to share with my upper-elementary students who love learning about new characters and exploring new places.
Donors, you have truly made the start to this year a success and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for your support!”
With gratitude,

Funded Sep 7, 2022This has been an incredible start to the year. With the materials provided by the generous donors, I have been able to introduce a new book every week to my students. We dive into each book by first reading, then analyzing for characters, setting, problem, etc. My students have grown in their ability to distinguish story elements and retell stories. The books I received have been perfect for my students of all ages and they have especially enjoyed themed books such as "Stumpkin" and "Turkey Trouble".
Thanks to your support, I have introduced new games and activities to my students. They have increased their patience, cooperation, and critical thinking skills in a fun and engaging way. My students are excited to come to speech everyday and I am so thankful that they have access to all the materials you were able to provide.”

Funded May 3, 2022The materials you provided have been invaluable this year. I have been able to provide high-quality, research-based, literacy-based speech and language therapy for all of my students. Lesson planning is faster, and more efficient, meaning I can spend time more time with students and collaborating with teachers and parents.
My students love when I bring out new books every week for us to read together. They are excited to share these books with their friends and often ask to read books over and over again. They are becoming master storytellers themselves, using inspiration from the books and structured lesson plans provided by Teachers Pay Teachers.
You have truly touched the the lives of my students and have helped foster their love of reading and learning.”
