These materials will help students learn in small groups to practice what we have learned amongst their peers. It will facilitate more one-on-one instruction for students still struggling with new content and the students working remotely can interact with the students in the classroom to help them complete the center activities.
The themed bins will make it easier for students to access in our Science Lab and work on a specific task based on their interest, for example, they can take the bin labeled weather and seasons and match the season with the picture or use the solar system model and bin to demonstrate how the moon rotates around the Earth and also how the Earth rotates around the sun. This concept is difficult for young scientists to understand without a model.
