The materials being purchase through this donation will make a difference in my students' learning because it has been scientifically proven that exercise and physical activity improves cognitive performance. These materials will not only motivate and encourage students to exercise in school but most importantly students will learn that exercise can be fun and rewarding. Through exercise, students will also learn many valuable skills such as dedication, commitment, perseverance, emotional regulation, resilience, and habit forming which are all vital skills. These materials will serve to help students learn to live a healthy active lifestyle.
