Bright and Colorful Learning
Funded Aug 13, 2023Thank you for your donation to my project. With this donation, I was able to purchase bright paper, color ink, a printer and a laminator.
I use these materials in my classroom. This helps create eye catching centers and learning activities for my students. I use these centers during my literacy center block.
During literacy centers, students get independent practice with a group of peers as well as time with me. Each groups rotates through the 5 centers I offer each week as well as come to teacher table with me.
At teacher table, I can use the printed materials to work on skills specific to each child and make a greater impact.”

This classroom project was brought to life by The State of Oklahoma.Collaboration and Creativity!
Funded Nov 2, 2022These resources have impacted my class in a positive way. We spend each morning, interacting with peers and problem solving the various puzzles and games. Students get to build and use their imagination. They work on socializing with different friends that they may not interact with at recess or lunch.
My students were so excited to have all of the new creative manipulates and toys. It gets their day started off right. They don't have to come in and be quiet or start on a worksheet. They get to play in an educational setting.
I play to continue using morning tubs through out this year and on to the next. I feel it is an age appropriate way for students to start the day and get ready to focus and learn. They get movement and interaction right away.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Oklahoma State Department of Education.Hands on Fun and Bouncy Movement!
Funded Jan 31, 2022Thank you for your donations to our classroom. The students love moving their legs on the bouncy bands. It allows them movement when at their desk. The puzzle was a hit! they love seeing if they can work together and build it. It is perfect for their little hands. The bright colors and 'welcome all' message made it a great back to school activity! Both the bouncy bands and the puzzle give the students an interactive means to learning. Small children are not designed to sit still all day, so anything I can add to their day that gets them moving makes our day so much better!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Taylor
