I am a first year teacher who has come into a classroom that is in dire need of basic essential learning tools. I also am need of basic items such as desk organization tools, batteries for my classroom calculators, a digital clock for time keeping and student check in/check outs. My classroom and students would benefit greatly with basic supplies such as whiteboards, erasers, markers and pencils. Having these items will allow me to be able to check for understanding, help them show their work to me and their groups, and complete simply algebraic equations.
