When my students get tense or stressed they need a break from the situation and environment. I would use these breathing balls as a breathing example and show my students how breathing too fast can cause extra stress compared to slowing their breathing down which will allow them to think more clearly The students will take a five-minute break which will allow them to use their breathing techniques to refocus their minds. This will help guide their brain to a calmer state which will increase their thinking ability. Which they need to succeed in the classroom
