Get Everything Well Prepared for Kids!

The binders and folders were distributed to students on the first day of this semester. They decorated their own by labeling subjects, drawing, and coloring. These supplies are good tools for students to learn how to be organized and responsible for their own things.

All the dictionaries were used by my bilingual kids to look up definition and examples when they did independent reading and writing. This this one of the first attempts they could make before asking for help from their friends or teachers. This is also a good way to cultivate their self-awareness and self-study skills.

The laminator was widely used by all teachers in my ICT classroom. For example, I often used it with laminator sheets to make word cards so that students can play hands-on activities categorizing the cards repetitively. Also, some of students' works were laminated and kept in their folder to show their performance and progress. Students could felt how we valued their growth and hard work.
