The use of the mobile magnetic easel will be a daily activity in my classroom, especially in phonics and reading. Using a new phonics program in literacy this year, my students will be able to come to the the magnetic whiteboard for guided practice and manipulate sounds. The portable easel will allow me to move around our classroom during instruction, work with small groups, as well as with the whole group. It will provide my students the opportunity to show and share their work and participate in each daily lesson. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus throughout each type of academic lesson, you will ultimately help to increase their overall achievement and confidence.
