As an educator, I believe it is important to provide quality education to ALL student because that's what they deserve. A teacher wears many hats: educator, protector, parent, confidant. We are the difference in these children lives both inside and outside the classroom.
The children in our classrooms today are the future of the world. They will grow up to be doctors, scientists, artists, singers, etc. My goal everyday is to leave an imprint that will follow these students throughout a lifetime; To shape and mold young minds into believing the absolute best about themselves.
Creating a classroom that has resources available for all learning styles is the key to meeting every child's learning needs. The uniqueness of every child is what makes each one so special. Students should have differentiated instruction such as math manipulatives, phonics games, visual learning charts, comfortable seating, and educational games to make learning something enjoyable yet rewarding.
