As a student, my 2nd grade teacher exposed me to Scholastic Magazines. Because of the vivid print, simple explanations and vocabulary reinforced in all of the Scholastic articles, that printed material helped me understand many educational concepts, that were confusing to me. As a result, I learned to love reading and looked forward to receiving the magazines, each month. I would take them home to share with my family and would save each copy to play "pretend teacher" with my younger sibling. I too, want to give my students that same opportunity for them. We appreciate your consideration.
