  • Poppin Popsicle Art

    Funded Jul 31, 2024

Thank you so much for helping to fund this project. I hope that this gives many students the opportunity to experience the positive life affirming power of making Art. Now, more than ever, students need the chance to make Art as a way to connect with their own humanity. Thank you again for helping to make this possible for my students. Make sure to be on the look out for pictures of my students with their creative artwork!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Miller

  • Abstract Sculptures

    Funded Nov 21, 2023

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Your gratitude in helping my students with this awesome Abstract Sculpture project is So Appreciated!

My students had no idea as to how we were going to make a 3-D sculpture from a coat hanger, pantyhose & a block of wood. They've never been exposed to making something of this magnitude, no matter how much we learned about 3-D/sculpture/perspective etc.

The 4th & 5th graders are 2/3 of the way completed...and they are excited!! They will be starting the painting process of applying their idea, with paint, to their sculptures. It's amazing at seeing & hearing their joy when they go thru each step/process and see their work coming to fruition. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Miller

  • Sculptures All Around

    Funded Jun 9, 2023

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your generosity of supporting my art students!! The supplies that you helped us to get have opened a whole new world in the students' eyes. I've been able to teach various clay projects to different age levels, which is an art material that a lot of students don't get to experience in their school years.

I have learners that really don't learn well from just listening and seeing, this art material helps to solidify the student's learning/understanding of creating something 3 dimensional by 'feeling.' Thank you so much for your donation...you've really opened up a lot of eyes to Art!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Miller

  • Creating Magic in Art

    Funded May 8, 2023

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! My students and I truly appreciate all that you have done for us here in Art. The supplies make a world of difference for our Art projects and what we are able to learn and create.

My students were in awe when they saw what we were given, along with what we began working with...there was much anticipation and excitement as we began creating our Patterned Pumpkins. My students like and need that 'hands on experience' for learning...not just the "see" and " hear" learning experiences. My students are so drawn into their projects when they're creating! The students will finish their Patterned Pumpkins by using the various scrap papers to make 'patterns' and glue onto the sections of their pumpkins..in order to finish this project up. Thank you!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Miller
