  • Printer = Consistent Education

    First I want to start by saying thank you. The past few months have been liberating. As a teacher, I look to be a source of consistency when it comes to the education of my students. Having a laser printer located within my classroom has helped many of my students and the students of my co-teachers. You have helped provide homework, testing and assessment material, and consistent access to making new and different ways to learn. Recently one of our students were not able to grasp a concept and my staff and I were able to rework, print and introduce the work back to the student within minutes! This wouldn't have been possible without your contribution and generous donation as our school printers have been inaccessible or have had low accessibility for some time. Working in a District 75 school in the Bronx is a fulfilling career for me, and I feel honored that you have helped me continue to keep boundaries from reaching my students!”

  • We're Back! Special Education Classroom Snack Fundraiser!

    Wow, it feels like just yesterday when we received our huge donation. So much has changed since that day. Our students have genuinely learned to trust and rely on school to be a safe place to grow. Each student has learned how to verbally request/mand for the various snacks and developed more independence in the classroom by getting it by themselves from the snack closet. For them, this trust has been monumental! They feel so grown up!

    When my students first saw the enormous stockpile of snacks we received, they couldn't believe their eyes. We showered them with snacks as they blossomed right before our eyes. Their motivation increased faster than we have ever experienced before.

    Now that our students have truly found their voice and independence, we are going to begin encouraging them to work on their peer to peer skills. Sharing, playing, and being around one another appropriately. We know they can do it, and it's really thanks to your donations. You've changed these students lives by giving me the tool to unlock anyone's learning, MOTIVATION. Thank you so much for all that has passed and all that is to come.”

  • March Motivation Madness

    I want to thank you all for your amazing contribution to my classroom in March 2023. You funded my project so fast that my teacher heart burst wide open with rainbows and glitter and all the adorable school stuff.

    My first and second grade special education students used those snacks every single day to motivate them to learn to do the following (and so much more):

    - SPEAK in full sentences. Most of the time these snacks were the first time they learned to request using a full sentence as some students started the year out non verbal. Ex: "Ms. Helen, can I have skittles?"

    - READ site words, and full books! Parents kept asking, how did you get them to read, and I told them all about your incredible support.

    - WRITE (and learn) their first and last names! Whoa, like whoa! You have no idea how important it is for them to learn to identify themselves.

    I am so grateful for your contribution to my classroom and I hope you know how big of an impact your donation can truly make to a public school teacher's classroom. Thank you. THANK YOU!”
