I work in an alternative middle/high school where students have an opportunity to work on their education as well as behavior. They are amazing kids who have made a dumb mistake or two but want to succeed. Our school offers them that opportunity. Exercise equipment would give them an opportunity to work out some of their frustration and are able to process their emotions. This release offers a behavior modification that will help them in and out of school. As a smaller school in our district, our resources are limited and we do not have updated equipment or supplies. This sometimes affects the students thinking they are not good enough. I want to show them they are worth our resources to make them successful in the future.
