These books will provide all my students with a new perspective on how to respond and not react to life's circumstances. The books will help students create life goals, foster mindful thinking, create paths to self-development, nurture reflection and generate gratitude in their daily lives. In addition, students will learn about history through this classic Holocaust memoir, told through the eyes of Holocaust survivors enduring the daily traumas of a Nazi Death Camp. Students will also be exposed to psychology, Frankl's theory of logotherapy "focuses on the meaning of human existence as well as man's search for such a meaning… This striving to find a meaning in one's life is the primary motivational force in man."
