The carpets that we are requesting for our classroom will help us to complete our Sports Theme (Team work). We are going to use the carpets to create a football field appearance that will foster the idea of working together as a team. The carpet will be helpful during math as well to explain measurements such as feet and inches The classroom is divided into two teams and the carpets will be placed between the two rows of desks acting as our football field; as well as a quiet place for students to sit and relax, play social skills board games, or even listen to a story being read.
