  • Visual Learners Are Everywhere

    Thank you so much for your contributions. Our whiteboard has completely changed our classroom this year. At times, we need the SMART board to project our videos, stories, or activity so having an extra space to write has made it so much easier and effective to model for the students. Our visual math tools have also been a complete game changer in helping the students understand addition and subtraction. With these math visuals, Im able to match what they see in their personal math tool kits and it has made everything more consistent for them.     Thank you so much for all the supplies. This past schoolyear came with a lot of changes so having a consistent set of supplies/resources has been amazing. All of the tools, were used in a first grade classroom that absolutely loved learning through hands-on projects that I was able to complete with your donations. Throughout the year, we were able to accomplish so many fun educational days such as Starbucks Day, Disney Day, and Glow in the Day . All of which wouldn't have been possible without you!”

All students deserve an amazing classroom stocked with supplies to help them have a successful school year. With the supplies in this order, I plan to make a colorful classroom students can feel at home in and have fun learning in! As a first year teacher, these tools such as paper, folders, pencils, clipboards, will be essential to help setup for the school year and help our classroom function. The funds will also go towards products that will be used to help organize our supplies, display student work, and be used in daily lessons for all subjects. Play-doh for hands-on activities, along with sensory toys for students that need a break during lessons will be such as asset. The first few months in a classroom are crucial for preparing them for the rest of the school year, so I want to make sure that they have the supplies they need in order to succeed and thrive!
