I am requesting training balls, soccer trainer, batting tee, tennis balls and more. Our PE program is dedicated to providing all of our students with the opportunity to learn and develop their skill and health related components of fitness, which are: 1) body composition, (2) flexibility, (3) muscular strength, (4) muscular endurance, and (5) cardiorespiratory endurance; as well as (1) agility, (2) balance, (3) coordination (hand-eye and/or foot-eye), (4) power, (5) reaction time, and (6) speed. In addition, we incorporate socio emotional learning (SEL) and teach our students teamwork, empathy and sportsmanship. Our students will use this new equipment to practice and play and to grow stronger and sharper. Our goal is to have a well rounded program that focuses on developing the whole child and to make sure their middle school physical education experience is a positive one.
