These LEGO sets will be used in the classroom as an expansion to practice concepts taught in our STEAM Lab as well as my students' creative play station rotations during math. We really want to focus on developing the 5 C's of every student: critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and character. Offering more STEAM activities to incorporate into our classroom learning would be a great addition to supplement the bi-weekly lessons from our STEAM Lab. This would also be a great addition to our "Creative Play" station for math which each student would visit at least once a week. It would be joining other intentionally selected options such as chess (our biggest hit last year!), Picasso Tiles, Othello, Electronic Snap Circuits, Marble Run, and Mancala. Thank you!
