Thank you for helping fund my snack grant. My students are beyond thankful. With your help my students are able to have a snack provided to them throughout our day. They are nutritious and filling and helpful. My students fee energized and ready to learn when they are given an extra snack.

We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts for helping me provide snacks to my class. Thank you from Ms. Maritza's fourth grade class. We feel very fortunate to have you be part of our classroom community.”

  • Exploring, Learning and Loving Math

    Funded Dec 7, 2022

Thank you so much for your donations. My fourth graders and I really appreciate your help with this project. You should have seen my student's faces when I showed them everything we received from the grant. They couldn't wait to get their hands on every game. They have in fact played every game and they love them! Not only have they enjoyed playing the games that I added to my grant, but they are loving and understanding math more. They see math as fun and not just a subject they have to learn. Again from the bottom of our hearts, we say thank you!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Maritza

  • Creating Readers and Writers

    Funded Dec 4, 2021

I want to start by saying thank you for your generous donations towards my grant. My students and I are beyond thankful. We have used all of the items from the list I created in many ways. The alphabet beads have been a huge success, as they have helped students practice sight words, build sentences and place the letters in alphabetical order. Ever day we have a table designated to out sight words and students ask if we can use the beads.

Another item that was included and students also have enjoyed are stamps and stamp pads. We have also used the alphabet stamps to practice our sight words along with the stamp pads. We have also been able to use the stamp pads for various art projects. Thank you agin for your donations. Every items is appreciated in out classroom and it makes learning much more fun and creative.”

  • Raising Kindergarten Scientists and Mathematicians!

    Funded Aug 30, 2021

I can't begin to thank you enough for your generous support of this project and my amazing little learners! My students are using the materials throughout the day to support their learning. I wish you could have seen my students' faces light up the first time they saw the magnetic tiles. They absolutely love working with them. We also love the Super Sorting Pie. We have used this incredible tool to learn about sorting, patterns, and counting. The STEM kits and the math counting boards are also extremely engaging for the children.

It is so rewarding to watch each of my students benefit from these powerful tools each and every day. Your donation made a huge impact in our classroom community. Thank you for partnering with me on this project.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Maritza

Using the items on this project will help my students with fine motor skills, as well as, during cooperative and social play. These legos will be of great help to a wonderful group of kindergartners. These items will be used to help students in the classroom have fun during toy exploration and through small group work. They will be able to use their imagination to create a magical world of their own and use these materials not only during playtime but also during ELA and Math. I would also like to mention that there is a good chance that my students don't have these toys at home and they can and will become some of their classroom favorites.
