  • Classroom Essentials

    Funded Apr 6, 2023

Thank you so much for supplying my students with last minute classroom essentials. This helped us ease into the end of the year activities. The crayons and crayon boxes were great to have, as many of my students supplies had been worn out and used do to them doing such great work throughout the school year. They were all excited to get a fresh pack of crayons to create their last minute memories before heading off to first grade.

Thank you again for the supplies that I needed to finish the year off as well. The cleaning supplies helped with making sure the classroom stayed clean to ensure students wouldn't get sick do to any germs. The students also enjoyed being able to use the swifter pads to keep the floor 'sparkly clean' as they would say. I appreciate you making this all possible for us.”

  • What We Need to Succeed

    Funded Feb 9, 2023

Thank you so much for funding this project! My students are ecstatic to finally be able to have a corner in our classroom that is dedicated to STEM. I feel STEM is very important and students should have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of activities that relate to this. Being able to give my students this opportunity is great.

My students were thrilled when I put up the rope light. They love watching it change colors and seeing the different affects it has. They also really like the connecting roller coaster activity. This allows them to use their imagination and create tunnels and slides to help the ball move from one end to another. The marble runner is just as fun too!

Than you again for your donations! This has truly helped my class explore new activities that wouldn't have been possible without you!”

  • A Spot For Me, A Spot For You

    Funded Dec 14, 2022

Thank you so much for your wonderful donations. My students were so excited when I told them that we would be getting a new class rug. This has been a long time coming, and the idea of getting a rug that can fit all my students truly made me happy.

When our new classroom rug arrived I instantly opened it and set it up for my students to use. They were so thrilled that they started rolling across the rug. We spent the whole afternoon talking about the rug and how it made us feel. This was truly an awesome surprise! Thank you so much for helping to fund this simple item that meant so much to me and my students.”

  • Crayons Create Cool Creations

    Funded Nov 14, 2021

Thank you so much for contributing to my project! My students were thrilled to have their own crayon boxes and crayons to create cool creations. We have been focusing on making detailed pictures that relate to our writing and the crayons came right in time. They enjoy being able to use a variety of colors to express their drawings.

These materials have truly made an impact on my students writing skills. When my students first saw the materials they were super excited and couldn't wait to start drawing pictures to be placed around the classroom. Within the first 2 days, my classroom door was filled with beautiful drawings my students had created. The thrill of having their own crayons truly showed through their art work.

Thank you again for contributing to my project. My students were given an opportunity by you, to start improving their artwork, and they are truly succeeding at it because of people like you. Crayons really do create cool creations.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. McGrady

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go and how it will benefit my students. We just need your help in getting everything through our classroom door! The large carpet will be used in the literacy area. This will allow a comfy space for students to foster a love for reading and build on their literacy skills. The book bins will also be in this area, giving the books a place to call home, rather than sitting in a closet. The flexible seating options will be placed in the Integrated Studies area. This will allow for students to be able to sit in different ways while exploring science and social studies activities. In this area as well, will go the various STEM activities. I want my students to be able to explore math and science through the use of play, by building and investigating materials that they wouldn't typically use at home. With the help of YOU! My students will be entering into a classroom filled with a variety of materials that will help them succeed in their education journey. This is just the beginning of their educational career. I want to make sure they are given a great start no matter the circumstance they may come from.
