Emotions often run high in kindergarten classrooms. These little minds are working their way through difficult and challenging situations that they may not have experienced before. Calm down kits and corners provide a safe place for students to go to when they are needing distance and time to regulate their emotions. The items I have selected offer choice and opportunity for each student to implement taught strategies for self regulation. Your donation will help my students maneuver through their emotions while becoming successful independent, well-rounded individuals who are able to take control of their academic and social-emotional learning.
