Students are already engaging in mindfulness with the stickers and calming strips. They are learning about breathing techniques by tracing their fingers around the stickers. The inhale and exhale prompts have helped the students monitor their breath while working through their anxiety. The spot questions cards have helped students engage in the wellness centers.
