Thank you again for donating to this project. The students have been using the clipboards and whiteboards across subjects. The clipboards allow them more freedom when completing their independent work. They have the flexibility to work in all parts of the classroom, and not just at their desks. The whiteboards have been especially helpful during our small group lessons. The students are able to solve numerous math problems and I am to provide feedback instantly. The students then use the feedback to make adjustments on the whiteboard.
The materials from this project are an integral part of our classroom.”

Help me start a flexible seating classroom. Flexible seating gives students the ability to control the environment in which they learn. It allows students to choose where and with whom to collaborate and encourages movement. The floor cushions will be helpful for students who struggle to sit for prolonged periods of time or who are more comfortable and productive when sitting or kneeling on the floor. Additionally, students will be able to create and choose their own collaborative arrangements for group work. The chair bands will help students stay focused and on task while letting them move and fidget with something hands-free and non-disruptive.
