  • Powered Up & Secure!

    Funded Dec 27, 2023

Last year I had a student almost get electrocuted by unsafe technology storage. I tried my hardest to ensure all technology was stored safely with the funds I was given, however it was not enough. I set out to try and get our classroom an iPad cart to safely store our devices and unfortunately, it was not in our district/schools budget. The impact of the donations for this iPad cart is making ripples. Not only can I safely store our devices, but all of our devices are ALWAYS charged and ready to go for the day! Other teachers are seeing the iPad cart and the impact it's making in our classroom and are fighting the good fight to try and get iPad carts for their classrooms and the rest of the school! I thank you for taking the care and putting your donations into my classroom. The impact goes further than you know!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Duncan

Our project has been FULLY funded! Thank you, Thank you, Thank YOU! This would not have been possible without amazing, caring people like you! Thank you for loving me and choosing to love my students, just the same. I know that through this project it will bring much success to my students!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Duncan

How often do you have to sit and listen or focus on something? Do you find yourself tapping your fingers or feet? Slowly swaying back and forth? As humans we often feel the need to move in order to focus! The wobble chairs will help my students while in small groups be able to really focus. I hope these wobble chairs will help them move just enough to stay focused and really be engaged in their learning. Studies show that various types of movement is good for brain development and crucial to students learning. While we can’t always be up moving around, I hope to give my students opportunities while still sitting.
