We have lost many things in Flint, Michigan over the past 50 years. Fortunately, we are beginning to rebuild some of our programs, including the Fine Arts, especially in our small, but mighty music department. By having these ukuleles in our classroom, our students will be able to learn a new musical discipline and express themselves in new ways. Music is a common connector throughout cultures and being able to connect with something that is new and exciting will only enhance they already great education that our children are receiving.

About my class
