Last year left many schools scrambling to implement technology. Although we are one-to-one for devices, we still need the peripherals to use the computers in the classroom. We need power strips, headphones, and a speaker. I am thrilled to be back in the school building and want to capitalize on the strides my students have made in using technology to assist in learning. I teach fifth grade, and teaching students to create presentations electronically will help prepare my students for middle school. I also look forward to becoming more technology-savvy as I learn more ways to engage my students in the modern electronic world.
