It took almost 10 years to fully stock the weight room at High Point. During the pandemic, most of the weights were stolen. The weight training program at HPHS has been the building block for students for years, and it has always built an infrastructure for students to follow during and after school. Though there is a long way to go to get the weight room back to its status before the pandemic, these supplies will allow the students to start the year off strong. We can expect lots of physical and mental issues with the students when the physical school year starts and the weight room should be a beacon of hope.

About my class
