Students will presently be coming into the classroom to learn. Because of the rising COVID-19 variant cases, I'm not sure if we will remain in the classroom or if students will be given the option to learn from home. Whether in school or at home, I want students to have the same opportunity to present their project in school or show it online. Students will have to design a mathematical logo for a company they will start. They must create the logo on post it paper and write a report about their company on paper. They must use at least 10 vocabulary words from our first unit on Transformations in their write up and the logo must show what they have learned and how it applies to their career goals. Their logos will be used to create a T-shirt for their company. It must be colorful, include a grid, shapes, and relevant to their company goals.
