Bring A Rainbow Of Color To Our Art Program
Funded Oct 14, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donation to my project. With the money, I was able to purchase the additional art supplies that I needed to make our art program a success. . With your donation- I was able to purchase paint and additional sets of markers for all of my students to share and use.
All of my students are enjoying using the different art supplies. Exposing them to the technique of painting using color markers with a brush and water gave them a lot of happiness and excitement. They didn't know that markers could be used in another way than just coloring. Hearing that my students love art makes me so happy.
We will continue to use these materials throughout the rest of the school year and the next. My students are so happy and proud to take home the art projects that they've completed so far. Thank you so much again!”

Funded Oct 30, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donation to my project. With the money, I was able to purchase the additional art supplies that I needed to make our art program a success. Paper is and always will be the most needed supply. With your donation- I was able to purchase different types of paper, from watercolor paper, tagboard, construction paper and cardstock to suit the type of artwork students were focused on.
All of my students are enjoying using the different art supplies. Exposing them to materials like watercolor pencils, painting on watercolor paper and using oil and chalk pastels gives them a lot of happiness and excitement. Seeing students wanting to show and share their artwork with each other and hearing the excitement in their voices whenever I begin a new art project makes me so happy.
We will continue to use these materials throughout the rest of the school year and the next. My students are so happy and proud to take home the art projects that they've completed so far. Thank you so much again!”

Funded Aug 6, 2021Thank you so much for funding my project. Seeing all of the boxes of supplies come in was like opening presents on Christmas! My students have been looking forward to using some of the supplies because they know that they will be getting to do hands on science activities this year.
The biggest impact so far that youʻve made was the use of the portable whiteboards, whiteboard markers and supply baskets. When I started off the school year, I only had enough baskets for 1/2 of my class. Now that I have enough baskets for each of my students- it helps them to really keep their desks organized and neat, without having pens, pencils, paper, crayons and color pencils all over the place- usually ending up on the floor.
The portable whiteboards I use almost on a daily basis with math. The students really like writing on them. It makes it a lot easier to get a quick glance to see who understands and who doesnʻt when I give a math problem. For times when I want them to keep notes or examples of their work- I still use their black and white composition tablet, but when I want a quick assessment or practice of math skills- the whiteboard is the best! Thank you so much again for your assistance. My class and I really appreciate all of the materials and supplies.”
