My students will be returning to attend school in person after a year of being virtual, and it would beneficial to have social-emotional learning materials to help them process it all. It would be great for them to return to a learning environment where they can take ownership of their learning. Students will benefit from having lessons modeled for them by using a document camera. We have informational and literary text to tackle and a classroom microphone would bring to life the lessons, and be super useful for the students to share their essays. Building a classroom library with appealing titles will motivate students to complete their read and response and enjoy reading.
