• Calming Center

  Thank you so much for your wonderful donations. Your donations have allowed us to print out material for our students to be able to use. As you can see from the images our students artwork is on display in our classroom. We have also been able to print out materials that assist our students. One example is the feet visuals you see on the image. Those visuals assist our students by helping them line up in a straight line. This has reduced negative student behavior and also anxiety that students may have. Thank you again for your donations.”

• Outdoor Fun!

  Thank you so much for your wonderful donations. Your generous donations have gone along way in our classroom. When the students saw the brand new taxi-trike they were amazed with the new addition to our classroom. This is the first taxi-trike that they have played with and they love giving their friends rides. It is building up their social emotional skills and language skills. The sand is being used in our sand tables where students are exploring and using their sensory skills. My students will continue to learn through play and continue to develop their skills.”

• Classroom Carpets

  I want to say thank you for your kind donations to my classroom. My students are loving the new carpet that was donated to them. This new addition in our classroom has brought out a new love for our dramatic play area. Our learning center was without a carpet and was an area of opportunity for my classroom. My students were in awe when they saw the new carpet in our classroom. One of my students actually help me set the carpet in our area and once it was set he laid on it and said it smelled really good!! Thank you again for the donations!”

• Social and Fine Motor Skill Materials

  I want to say thank you again for your generous donations. The materials are being used by the students and has supported their development. For example, the ice cream scoop resource has helped students develop their fine motor skills. They have shown significant improvement in their fine motor development. When my students first saw the new materials they were excited to use the new items and learn with them. The next steps for my students are to continue to develop their skills and get them prepared for kindergarten!”

• Classroom Supports!

  I first and foremost want to say thank you for all your support and I appreciate the time you took to help donate to my classroom. The new resources are being put to work in our classroom and the students love using them. From using them to sit down in their favorite spot in our large group meeting area to taking them outside and then taking them outside also. The new timer that we have in the classroom has helped students know when it is time to switch or clean up. Students are proactive at using the timer in the classroom.”

• We Learn Through Play!

  Thank you for your wonderful donation for my classroom project. The new resources that have been introduced in my classroom has had a positive impact in my classroom. There was a moment in the classroom with the new puzzles that we received that one of my students with a language impairment has grown an attachment too. That student has opened up to name the animals in the puzzle to the best of his ability and his language has improved since receiving the new materials.

  When the students first saw the materials they were excited to see them and interact with them. We take turns during our centers to use the materials and we take care of them.

  The next steps for my students are to help them develop their language skills and for them to become more independent in the classroom. Thank you for your generous donations!”
