Each of these teaching tools, games, and materials are vital to students arriving back in the physical classroom. These materials are versatile across subjects and flexible throughout differentiated learning needs. Students are hungry to be back in spaces with other students to learn social, emotional and cooperation skills. Games and interactive learning tools, like building materials and seating, will encourage students' needs to practice social-emotional skills in the spaces of the classroom. This is important because they have been lacking these opportunities over the last school year due to distance learning. I believe having more hands-on learning through play is a wonderful way to reengage students' excitement!
