I have gathered many materials for this classroom that will promote a safe, comfortable but challenging environment; one that is committed to accountability. One in which scholars can make mistakes and progressively learn through trial and error just as I have as a dedicated teacher for the last 5 years. If you've every needed reason to invest now here it is! I included the bing bags for a calming corner, one in which they can escape the traditional confines of a classroom setting; sitting in chairs all day. A place they can receive more penetrable attention. I included the diffuser to create a pleasant sensory experience. I chose supplies such as the reading guiders that would equip students with better reading fluency and transitional skills regardless of where they fall on the spectrum of learning. It is important to include supplies that will help students find their rhythm and accelerate their love of reading. Unequivocally it is my duty to build a classroom setting that will help students remind themselves of the principals and motivations they need to have day in and out to be successful hence the inclusion of inspirational posters. Unfortunately COVID 19 impacted the structure of the classroom this past school year and as we go into a clean slate it is my duty to include elements in which students can refer to often that prompt strong cognizance of memory for their daily endeavors.
