These materials will enhance each student's time in the gym, learning why physical fitness is essential while having fun. Young kids must understand that working out and staying fit can be fun early. At the same time, it is making them feel good about themselves. We have started learning the basics of physical fitness, but with 50 in a single PE class, at times, we need more materials to help. They are eager to learn and have fun but need to make their time even more exciting. We will use the spots and cones to learn placements and how to change direction. The soft mats will be used to teach somersaults and other activities. I want to protect sensitive parts of their bodies instead of just using the gym floor. I am excited to teach them new fun things but my biggest concern is safety in their playing.
