Through your kindness and generosity, every student in our school received a pouch loaded with supplies to help them meet the challenges of the day. Part of our student population struggles to get the necessary tools and instruments to be successful in school but now we were able to avoid that deficiency utilizing the pouches you were able to donate to us. Some members of community described hygiene as an area of need. We have been able to create caee packages to send home in order for our families to address their needs. Every day our students are asked to do a lot of work. From waking up early, to getting ready for school, to commuting, and then worry about their social lives, there are a lot of things going on before they even start their day. If we could eliminate one concern, it means a lot to their day.
Having these snacks provide students with the sustenance to help our students through the day. In my classroom, students know they can come and ask for snacks if they are truly hungry. Students are excited to know there are quality snacks ready for them should they need. The donations you helped provide gives me the resources necessary to provide them with snacks.”

Book shelves are one of the most underrated items a classroom can have. The use of bookshelves are wide ranging and this proved right in my classroom. My classroom is used for a wide range of activities ranging from boat building, to baseball card collection, to pokemon club, and to funko pop collecting. These shelves house more than just books. They store clothing for students to use as well as hair products to help our students manage their hairstyles. These shelves were greatly needed and I am ever thankful to all who contributed.”

Our student population has greatly benefited from the extra backpacks at their disposal. We also accepted refugee families that were placed on a bus by the Governor of Texas. Each student was able to receive a backpack, full of supplies, to help jump start their learning experience in the United States. Thank you to every donor who contributed to this project. My students have had the pleasure of playing baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and Frisbee. This has made recess a fun and engaging space where our students have interacted with one another. There has been plenty of healthy competitive sports happening and it is in part to each and every donation made.
Throughout this school year, we broke habits built during remote learning and no better way to reengage with one another than through physical activities. The donors have truly helped impact our students lives and we thank you so much.”
