Oh, changes are coming to Transitional Kindergarten! TKers have as much energy as the Energizer Bunny. They are intrigued with the unknown and do not understand limited space. With new contact limitations within the classrooms, students will be spending more time at their desks and seats. Scooting the chairs in and out on the carpet will be a struggle for these students as the chair legs get snagged on the carpet. Therefore, attaching tennis balls to the chairs' legs will limit the students distraction and allow them to stay focus and on task. The Number Cards, allows students to participate individually in math activities while limiting their contact with other students. The students will learn their numbers by counting the counters on a ten frame. These hands-on visual cards are perfect for students to actively engage in lessons. and practice with games like Memory and Matching. Finally, the plastic name tag sleeves are a precaution that allows an easier process of sanitizing the student's desk on a daily basis. They will also allow the students to practice writing their names as they learn letter formation, alphabets, and the spelling of their names. these supplies will enhance the students learning ability in all aspects of their education.
