  • The Art of Science!

    Funded Jun 26, 2023

We are grateful in abundance for your kind contributions to our project. Thanks to you, our class will now be able to participate in college shirt day. In an effort to promote school community and enrollment into college from an early age we choose a college to represent weekly and scholars are allowed to wear that shirt every Thursday.

This resource will also be used to create scholar of the month shirts and many other personal rewards like our filed day shirts attached in our photos . These rewards and tools will continue to impact our scholars to excel as they grow and glow.

Thanks to your generosity we are now trend setters in learning, style and almost everything we do.”

  • Learning and Glowing!

    Funded Jan 18, 2024

Gratitude is a must! Thank you for believing that OUR scholars are special and deserve to be celebrated. I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations towards our project "Learning and Glowing!" I believe that learning should be innovative and rewarding so that our scholars are constantly encouraged to do their best. Our glow day was everything and more, our scholars were extremely motivated to meet their goals. Each and every day they showed up with a positive attitude to school and on the days of testing they most definitely glowed up.

As a result of their vast academic growth, dedication and consistent effort, we knew our celebration had to be LIT! Thanks to your contributions we had all the supplies needed to give our scholars the most creative and illuminating glow day review and glow party. Their little hearts and minds were filled with joy and amazement, needless to say they enjoyed every aspect of our glow celebrations. Glow Day will now be an ongoing reward celebration as we continue to uplift our scholars in light and love.”

  • Tap Into Science!

    Funded Jun 26, 2023

My students were so excited when they opened the boxes that contained the tablets. It was such a joy to experience. Thank you for making Tap Into Science a success and enhancing learning with technology in our classroom. With the tablets that were donated, we have been able to tap further into learning with the use of small groups to focus on differentiation amongst our students.

We have also been able to utilize the internet to participate in online learning platforms and research projects and web based science and reading lessons with the use of our tablets. This allows for more availability of technology and the ability to focus on their personal learning paths, which can be limited when you have a large class.

Again, thank you for your donation. Our students are always super excited to use the tablets. They love the fact that they have access to fun and enriching learning platforms at the touch of a tap.

Thank you once more for fostering the joy of learning.”

  • Warm Hands & Hearts!

    Funded Dec 24, 2023

Warm Hands and Hearts was a big success! This project is definitely proof that it doesn't take much to please children. My students were so grateful for the socks and gloves that were gifted to them! As soon as they received their gift bag they started opening their gloves and putting them on. It warmed my heart to see their faces filled with pure glee. You donors are such a blessing to us teachers and especially the students we service. With this organization the possibilities and opportunities are endless and we are forever grateful for you continued support. Thank you for spreading joy through the gift of giving this holiday season.”

  • Learning Is Magnetic!

    Funded Mar 4, 2023

Immense thanks to every single individual for making our learning magnetic! The resources you funded have given my scholars the opportunity to explore and engage in the awesome world of magnetism. During our "Forces and Interactions" unit, Magnetism was one of the topics we covered and oh how much they loved the idea of how magnets function, the objects attracted to it and all the amazing things magnets can basically do. It was such a joy observing my scholars explore, make new discoveries and just have fun while learning overall.

We are super appreciative for all the generous contributions and continued support that you continuously show us.”

  • Book Nook!

    Funded Jul 31, 2023

Thank you for your thoughtful donations towards our project Book Nook! My scholars now have a quiet and cozy corner to read, explore and broaden their world of literature while building their knowledge on science concepts.

The READ letters have truly complemented and illuminated the aesthetics of the area which makes it super relaxing. Our Book Nook has been positively influential to all the scholars that enter my room. Even my previous 4th graders who are now 5th graders enjoy sitting and reading in that area.

Thank you for fostering the joy of reading and giving my scholars the opportunity to delve into their imagination.”

Virtual learning played a significant role last school year, as a result, I would like to use digital activities to lead our science studies, assign group activities, and allow scholars to complete independent work! Having access to iPads will allow scholars the opportunity to explore science topics at their own pace and in a variety of ways. Science stations are one of my favorite ways to expose students to science content and help them take the content we’ve learned to a deeper level. Hence, iPads will aid in the set up and demonstration of successful science stations in our science classroom.
