Wow!!!! We did it. I can Thank You enough for your donations. As we know that Arts are underfunded, your donations will ensure my students receive textbooks they are in dire need of. I can not imagine my students being successful in such a technical course as anatomy for the dancer without this text.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Emerson Collective and one other donor.

This book will create a print-rich classroom which is often lacking in Dance classrooms. Dance cannot be taught without basic knowledge of human anatomy. The text will provide students with correct terminology and illustrations which will assist their dance training. Through Anatomy for Dancers, students will learn correct alignment, efficiency of movement, and minimalize injury. This text would not only be utilized during our anatomy unit but will serve as a resource for students during their entire dance training. The Arts often are underfunded, textbooks for dance are last on a school's budget.
