When students read together, they are more likely to finish the books they read; they're more likely to pick up another book to read later; and they're closer to experiencing what it is like to be an adult reader, to experience the joy of reading a book and talking about it with others. When you fund this project, you're helping me and my students meet the ultimate goal of our classroom; to make lifelong readers out of us all! Every book purchased in this project will be in the hands of middle schoolers, and building their love of reading.

About my class
