Students will work together in class to model protein synthesis. This is a difficult topic to grasp and any hands on experience is very helpful. This would benefit my students by allowing them the tools to be successful and finally see it in action. I am trying to get my student much more engaged in their learning and having a modeling kit would help them become engaged. These foam models are reusable as opposed to paper models. They could be used for many years to come helping hundreds if not thousands of students.
