My daughter grew up with a sensory processing disorder. Luckily, we were able to afford private occupational therapy. The students I am working with get group occupational therapy for 20 minutes a week. I want to create an environment where children can go to decompress before they act out. It will also help with their focus and ability to learn. It can help students with their gross motor skills. All of these things are important to being successful in schools. The trampoline will provide them the hard work they need to self regulate. I got the one with a safety net so that I can keep my students safe.
