In my classroom, students have access to online libraries of books, magazines, and several math programs. All of my students with disabilities want to participate in the same activities as their peers, but need to be able to hear the math read aloud to them. Students who are learning English also are helped by being able to listen to text read aloud. I have a busy classroom with several learning centers going on at once. Headphones also benefit students with attention problems who need to be able to block out excess noise.
