• Breathe Easy! a Hepa Air Purifier for Our Classroom!

  We are so thankful for your donation to our classroom! This project was for an air purifier for our first grade classroom. I was hoping this purifier would help cut down on illnesses and absentees, and I believe it has done just that! First grade had the least amount of absences in our elementary school for the month of October and I believe this air purifier played a significant role improving our attendance.

  When students are able to attend school more often, everything improves from academic growth to classroom environment. Thank you for investing in our children and our future! We are so thankful for donors like you!”

• Our Classroom Rug, a Place for Learning

  I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations to our classroom! I recently moved from third to first grade and was in need of a classroom rug to use for read alouds, morning meetings, and to build a classroom community. This rug met all of our needs and more! The smiley faces bring me joy when I see them and I feel it does the same for my students! This rug arrived after school started and when my students asked walked in to see it everyone was very excited! One student said, "Mrs. Wheeler, you ARE the BEST!" I owe it all to your generous donations! Thank you for your kindness and for caring for our students!”

• Biscuit Books for Beginning Readers!

  I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations to our classroom. I recently moved from third to first grade and was in need of books for our classroom library that would be suitable for beginning readers. I was able to purchase many Biscuit and Moe Willems books with this donors choose project. My students LOVE these books. I have used them as read alouds and some students are even able to read them independently. They get so excited when they're able to finish a book on their own and the joy on their face is all because of you! Thank you so much for caring for our classroom!”

• Organize with Seat Sacks

  Thank you for your generous donation to our classroom! I am so excited to use these next year. We have already received these seat sacks and I know everything will fit perfectly!

  Currently, my students have to store their supplies in cubbies around the room and they are constantly getting up to get something or losing supplies. I know this will cut down on distractions along with helping them to keep track of their things. It is the little things that make the biggest difference and I am truly grateful for your generosity!”

• Let’s Spread Kindness and Positivity

  Thank you for your generous donations to our classroom! We used these resources to spread kindness throughout our community! We wrote kind letters to others using the supplies you donated, decorated the hallways and our classroom with positive and uplifting decorations that remind others that kindness matters! My students were so excited to see the new supplies arrive. Little things like markers, stickers, and paper can make their day! These new supplies made them excited to learn and love and kindness to others.

• Dictionaries for Deserving Students

  Funded Aug 12, 2023

  I cannot describe the gratitude I feel for your generous donations!! My students have used these dictionaries daily in my classroom. They use them for small groups and individual projects. They are more student friendly than the dictionaries we used previously which has improved their self-confidence significantly! They are now excited to get the dictionaries out for projects. Alphabetical order, vocabulary, and dictionary skills are big concepts in third grade and these dictionaries have helped us master those skills!

  We also received new flexiable seating options and my students love them! Anything that helps bring a smile to their faces and enjoy the classroom means the world to me as their teacher!”
