Thank you so much for your donation to our classroom! I have been so excited to implement flexible seating into my classroom this year, especially with having 30 students. I want to create a safe and happy classroom for my students to learn in everyday. Having flexible seating also allows us to do more activities and group work around the classroom.
The students get to take turns using flexible seating during partner reading, playing math games and for much more!
They have been a wonderful addition to our classroom to allow my students more choice in how they learn! Thank you again for taking your time and resources to make a difference in my classroom! Your impact will not be forgotten.”

Thank you for your very generous donation to fund this important book project in our classroom! As a new teacher I so appreciate being able to build my classroom library. Especially with books that teach my students about social skills and other cultures. The students love reading them independently and using them for different reading comprehension activities. I used these funds to get books for a variety of student levels so everyone has something to read. I also chose books with different nationalities represented so every student can see themselves in what they read. They have truly made our classroom a place for deeper literacy learning! My sincerest thanks again!”
All teachers use small group instruction to help students learn reading skills on their own level. Students have been doing this year after year and have often read all the books in the leveled library by the time they reach 4th grade. These new children's books and scholastic magazines will give students new topics to read about that I know they are interested in! I will use these texts as reading assignments after meeting with students for them to read on their own or may highlight different skills the author uses in the book altogether. After reading a text I can use the IPad and IPad pencil to circle different vocabulary, show related pictures, and more virtual resources that could also be used by students needing to learn at home so they don't have to miss out on important instruction!
This will give students the book they need to get hooked on reading! I want to have an array of important nonfiction topics and social skills students can always be learning while also improving their reading and receiving the guided instruction they need.
