I have not met my specific students yet, but the students at our school are a group of smart, compassionate, and creative individuals. Students at our school are always looking for ways to help the community - organizing food drives and making pillows for the local hospital - and supporting our staff - appreciation cards for custodial staff and crossing guards. This is my first year in the classroom, so I am trying to gather materials that will help engage them in the learning process while still provide them a fun, relax environment to learn in.
