We all know how hard it can be to concentrate and focus on a task when feeling uncomfortable. These materials will allow me to present my students with options on how they would like to work during their school day. For example, students will be given an option to stand and work at tall tables, sit on balance balls that allow them to get sensory input, sit on the floor and use lap desks, or sit on a stool. These seating options will allow students to place greater focus and attention on their academics. Also, students can let their opinions and preferences be heard by voicing what setting is most conducive for learning. Flexible seating options will allow my students greater comfort within their learning environment.
