Thank you for playing a great instrument in impacting the lives of the students of Crestwood Elementary School.The goal is to create a thirst and love for reading, and I believe this project will do just that. My students and I thank you so much for planting a seed into this project.”

Help me to give my students the opportunity to see themselves within the characters in our classroom library! Most of the time, our black and brown scholars do not have the opportunity to read about characters that look JUST like them. I want to change that. I am replenishing my school library with books that are written by African American authors and books that have characters who are of color. Please help me reach my goal of adding 100 more books to my collection. Thank you for your time and consideration.
